The success of the first store set the foundations up while the restless spirit of Mr. Anastasiou and his obsession with quality was the ingredients for continuous improvement and enrichment of the concept The BRUNO team knowing that the most important chapter is people, gives special importance from the first moment in choosing staff. There are especially designed educational programs for the right transmission of workpractice as well as the Bruno philosophy. A training center is created and the team is staffed by professionals of the field. Every move apply, pilot to corporate stores and is improving.

The extension of the business activity has been dynamic. The study of the market through demand of consumers showed the need of creation and development of both distribution system (delivery) as well as the fast service (take away), of whichthe first one worked on the main Avenue Georgiadou at the exit of the city to Elassona, kozani, followed directly from Bruno Coffee Store in the heart of the city at the junction of Meg.Alexandrou and PatroklouAlmost at the same time opens the store in Volos street, at the exit of the city to the coast the prefectureof Larissa and the professional area. The corporate image of Bruno can be summed up with three words: Fresh, Dynamic Flexible.

The brand name of Brunois a symbol consisting by the name BRUNO and the phrase COFFEE STORES, written white in dark gray background. In the centerand in a yellow circle is Bruno the character of the company, in motion and with a drink in his hand. The circular shape of the symbol is easy to reading and memorizing.

The main corporate color ofBruno is the yellow one. Yellow is one of the warm colors and the color of joy. It has the ability to attract looks and it is also refreshing, promising, welcoming, brings inspiration and optimism, promotes the dialogue, stimulates appetite and exacerbates memory.

Yellow due to its intensity is used in earned points and in combination with the different shades of gray andwhite, creates a very strong outcome. The color palette is completed with the deep red, but it is used conservatively, for a example to the manof the trade mark, to Bruno!

The main corporate slogan“Just better coffee!”is the distillation of Bruno’s philosophy: Just better coffee, because the product is what it is more intangible to the consumer. In addition, there are two more messages that coexist in different applications and complement the corporate image without playing a leading role in communication.There are:

“Welcome to the land of Coffee” and “Taste the difference”.These messages have been visualized as seals and are freely placed on site.

Alongside with the two main seals, has also been created set of messages whichused where needed to empower a message, in spaces, forms and promotional promotions and applications.

Q&A1. Will I have exclusivity in my area?Yes. In the area that we will jointly agree on, there will be exclusivity. At BRUNO coffee stores our goal is for every store to have its own area of responsibility, his own clientele. We do not want to place our stores in shared areas of responsibility only if the density allows it and customer traffic.

2. Can I open more than one store?Of course. We are more than proud when a partner develops his entrepreneurship. Besides, some of our partners already have over one store

3. Do i need to work personally at the store?The concept is designed in such a way as the physical presence of the investor is necessary.
