Throughout the year, Brunswick Forest holds sales event weekends with special activities for guests who are visiting and touring the community.

April 2015
Brunswick Forest kicked off spring with a fabulous sales event weekend celebrating 5 years of Cape Fear National golf!
Guests enjoyed a Friday evening private cocktail reception at one of the community’s premier homes located in the Cape Fear National neighborhood.
Saturday night, guests were treated to dinner and live music at The Forest at Cape Fear National.

Each year, the residents of Brunswick Forest’s neighborhoods compete against one another in a special Cardboard Boat Regatta race held in Hammock Lake.
This is just one of the many fun activities that you can enjoy as a resident of this award-winning community!

Summer is always a fun season at Brunswick Forest and there is plenty to do in the community with resident-sponsored clubs and activities. Summer is also a great time to make good use of all of Brunswick Forest’s amenities like the more than 100 miles of walking, biking and nature trails, three community pools, tennis and pickleball courts, kayak and canoe boat launch on to Town Creek, Fitness and Wellness Center and award-winning golf course.
This June, Brunswick Forest began the summer season with a sales event weekend and the first concert of the annual Summer Concert Series.

Brunswick Forest’s Annsdale Park is the perfect location for outdoor concerts. Enjoy the sunset and mild, coastal breeze while spending time with your friends and neighbors listening to great music!
2015 Summer Concert Series
Brunswick Forest’s July sales event weekend featured a special poolside cocktail reception at the community’s Fitness and Wellness Center.
The following day, guests were treated to boat rides down Town Creek, VIP tours of the community’s neighborhoods and another spectacular sunset concert.

In August, Brunswick Forest celebrated the release of their newest neighborhood, Cypress Pointe, with a special Southern-themed event weekend. Guests enjoyed an evening reception and dinner in historic downtown Wilmington with live music and dancing.
Throughout the weekend, guests were treated to Southern-inspired cuisine, horse and carriage tours of the community and were greeted by Southern belle community ambassadors.

Cypress Pointe Reveal
Weekend
In October, Brunswick Forest celebrated the reveal of the 2015 Ideal-LIVING Home with a weekend of events including a cocktail reception at the home and a private dinner at the clubhouse at Cape Fear National.
Brunswick Forest is proud to be chosen as an Ideal-LIVING community two years in a row.
