1. Choose objects from around the house. Compare which are heavier and lighter.

2. Take out the kitchen weighing scales and find1kg on them. Weigh a variety of objects - are they heavier/lighter than 1kg. Record results.

3. Choose a variety of food packaging in the kitchen and look at how much they weigh. Find packets that are equal to 1kg!

4. Make a balancing scale using a hanger, string and 2 containers/buckets.Have fun comparing the weight of different objects!
