May 2013: 175lbs August 2014: 205lbs When I met Stephen I had been working out at 24 hour for about two years. I've had personal trainers before and had little success. I was looking for a nutritionist and the Club Manager, Manny Escalante, told me Stephen had a background in nutrition. Stephen spoke with me to figure out what my goals were, what was important to me, and what was my motivation to do this. Then he asked if I be interested in doing training. I told him I would not because of the lack of success I had before with previous trainers. I truly felt that I was hitting a wall because of my nutrition, not because of my training; indeed I was wrong. Stephen told me he thought that he could help me make some substantial gains. I was a little apprehensive at first but agreed. I told him that I needed A to Z program. I didn’t care if I had to get up at 2 o'clock in the morning and eat a cardboard box to get where I wanted to be. When I was 25, I was in a motorcycle accident and broke my left clavicle. The crash splintered fractured a vertebrae in my neck and shattered my right wrist. I also have traits of narcolepsy which causes me to have to use a CPAP machine due to the lack of sleep. When I was 28 I had ACL, meniscus, and MCL surgery on my left knee. I did physical therapy after the surgery but still had substantial atrophy so this led me to train different. I wouldn't flat bench, squat, or deadlift. The first session that I had with Stephen was very humbling because the most that I could bench press was 95lbs. We had to stop several times because I was exhausted by the new workout. I was sure that I was going to pass out and several times and I did throw up. But within time my cardiovascular endurance got much better which really payed dividends with the line of work I do. Bryan Misegadis

When I met Stephen I had been working out at 24 hour for about two years.

Stephen was very knowledgeable; he took the time to explain to me how things work so I could put it together in my own head. I tell my daughter every day before swim practice “do your best it doesn't matter if you come first or last if you done your absolute best that's all that matters.” Stephen brought those words to life for me. After just a few sessions Stephen had dialed in my form and things were coming together. I was flat benching, squatting, and dead lifting. He really pushed me out of my comfort zone and I am thankful for that.

We could all potentially build a house with a hammer, nails, and wood. I call Stephen the “Architect” because he not only gave me the blue prints to success, but also showed me how to build my body step by step. The best investment I've ever made in my body and my health, is the training sessions that I did with Stephen. I am a man that will drive across town for a good steak and you’d be a fool to think that I won't be training with Stephen again. He truly gave me a whole new prospective and passion, he was a man of his word, and he did everything he told me he was going to do. Thank you Stephen!
