Course OutlineSuccessful businesses need to make changes regularly to stay ahead. Yet too often change either fails at the first hurdle or within 6 months people have reverted to old habits. The two key reasons for this are poor planning and failing to take account of human nature – just telling someone to do something differently is rarely enough. For successful change to happen it is important to understand how to help staff to manage their concerns and align their needs to the business.

Course OutlineThe performance of an organisation is based on the selection of their people. Selecting the right people for the organisation is one of the most difficult decisions in management. The wrong decision has huge implications – lost time, financial loss, internal and external credibility. One of the greatest truths about people is that “How a person has behaved in the past will give the clearest indication to future behaviours”. We are all creatures of habit and our actions are dictated by the behavioural traits we display. The skill of the interviewer is to establish interviewee behaviours and match to organisational needs.

The reality is that time is often not being utilised to the best advantage, or planned and controlled in an orderly fashion.
