Hydraulic pressure test procedure1 范围

本标准规定了水压试验的技术要求试验方法和有关

文件的要求。

本标准适用于汽轮机主机承压部件的水压试验,其他

产品部件的水压试验也可以参照执行。

2 规范性引用文件

下列文件对于本文件的应用是必不可少的。凡是注

日期的引用文件,仅注日期的版本适用于本文件。凡是不

注日期的引用文件,其最新版本(包括所有的修改单)适

用于本文件。

3 术语和定义

下列术语和定义适用于本文件。

3.1 壳体完整性水压试验

为考核汽轮机壳体类工件的结构强度及变形程度的一

种试验方法。

3.2 壳体结合面完整性水压试验

为考核汽轮机壳体类工件的结合面泄露程度的一种试

验方法。

4 技术要求

4.1 基本要求

4.1.1 零部件图样或水压试验表规定的各腔室试验压力应符合如下要求:

2 Normative references

The following document is indispensable forthe application of this document. For all the cited documentwith date indicated, only the dated version is applicable to thisdocument.0-0001-6460-00 The rustproof technical specification ofindustrial turbine.

3 Workpiece for normalizing and annealing

The following terms and definition is applicable to thisdocument.3.1 Casing integrity hydraulic test:A test method used to examine the structural strength anddeformation degree of turbine casing type workpiece.3.2 Casing joint face integrity hydraulic test:A test method used to examine the joint face leakage degree ofsteam turbine casing type workpiece.

4 Technical requirements

4.1 Basic requirements4.1.1 The test pressure of each chamber specified in the partdrawing or in the hydraulic test form shall meet the followingrequirements:

a) 试压腔室(此处指汽缸和排缸,以下同)的工作温度

小于 350 ℃时,壳体完整性水压 试验的试验压力为

腔室最高工作绝对压力的 1.5 倍;

b) 试压腔室的工作温度大于或等于 350 ℃时,壳体完整性水压试验的试验压力为腔室最高工作绝对压力的 2

倍。壳体结合面完整性水压试验的试验压力为腔室最

高工作绝对压力的 1.5 倍(见附件 1和 2);c) 壳体试压腔室的工作绝对压力低于大气压时,排汽缸的试验压力为 0.2 MPa(g),其它壳件的试验压力为 0.14MPa(a);

d) 平衡管的试验压力为 6 MPa(g)。

4.1.2 水压试验应在试压腔室机械加工完后、涂漆之前进

行。

4.1.3 汽缸在做壳体完整性水压试验时,允许在中分面结

合处使用垫片。汽缸在做壳体结合面完整性水压试

验时,允许在中分面结合处涂密封胶,但不得使用

垫片。

4.1.4 如果在做壳体完整性水压试验时不使用垫片,则该

试验可同时替代壳体结合面完整性水压试验。

4.2 试验准备工作

4.2.1 各部件的紧固件螺栓应装配齐全,螺栓紧力应均

匀。当采用电加热或液压拧紧螺栓连接的壳体,应

使用本身的联接螺栓,其预紧力应符合规定的要

求。

4.2.2 试验前,应对指示压力表进行检验,确认其已被检

定,并在规定有效期内。

为了确保试验正确,应安装两只压力表。压力表的量

程为试验压力的两倍为宜,但不得低于试验压力的 1.5

倍。

a) When the working temperature of the pressure testedchamber(herein the steam casing and the exhaust casing, thesame as below)is below 350℃, the casing test pressure shallbe 1.5 times of the maximum absolute working pressure of thechamber.b) When the working temperature of the pressure testedchamber is above or equal 350℃, the test pressure of the casingintegrity hydraulic test and the casing joint face integrityhydraulic test shall respectively be 2 times and 1.5 timesof themaximum working absolute pressure of the chamber .(refer toannex 1 and 2)c) When the absolute working pressure of pressure testedchamber of casing is less than the atmospheric pressure, the testpressure of the exhaust casing shall be 0.2MPa (g) and of theother casing 0.14 MPa (g).d) The test pressure of the balancing pipe shall be 6 MPa (g).

4.1.2 The hydraulic test shall be done after machining andbefore painting of the pressure tested chamber.

4.1.3 During the casing body integrity hydraulic test of thecasing, gaskets is allowed to use on joint of split. During casingbody joint integrity hydraulic test of the casing, sealant isallowed to coat on split joint, but gasket shall not be used.

4.1.4 If gasket is not used during the casing body integrityhydraulic test, thus this test may simultaneously substitute thecasing body joint integrity hydraulic test.

4.2 Preparations for test

4.2.1 The fastening bolts shall be completely assembled foreach component and the bolts shall be evenly tightened. If thebolts connected casing body is tightened hydraulically orthrough electric heating, its self connect bolts shall be used andits pre-tightening force shall meet the specified requirements.

4.2.2 Before the test, the indication pressure gauges shall bechecked to ensure that they have been checked and within thespecified valid period.In order to ensure correct test, two pressure gauges shall befitted. The range of the pressure gauge shall better be two timesof the test pressure but shall not be below 1.5 times of the testpressure.

4.3 试验

4.3.1 试验应在最高点空气排空后,按工艺规定进行升

压。操作人员和检验人员在试验期间应注意操作

安全。

4.3.2 在试验腔室压力达到规定的压力停泵后,至少应

维持 30 min,在这段时间内压力保持稳定,不得

有漏水渗水和发生不允许的变形。当壳体分段试

验时,允许内分格挡板有微量渗漏,并允许试验

泵一直运行以维持压力。

4.3.3 试验后,应按 0-0001-6460-00 要求对工件进行防

锈处理。

5 文件和流程

5.1 设计部门应在零(部)件图样或水压试验表中

填写:试验压力、被试零(部)件图号或物号

等。

5.2 工艺、工具部门根据图样或水压试验表编制水

压试验工艺,设计并制造工装。

5.3 制造部门应按水压试验表和水压试验工艺进行

试验。

5.4 检验员根据图样或水压试验表检验泄露情况,

按图样要求测量工件试压前后的变形情况,并

记录。

5.5 水压试验合格后,检验员应在水压试验表或有

关质量记录文件上签名。

6 返修

试验不合格的零(部)件允许返修,返修后应重新进

行试验。

4.3 Testing

4.3.1 For the test, boosting shall be done as per technicalspecification after discharge of air at the highest point. Duringthe test period, both the operators and inspectors should takecare of safe operation.4.3.2 After pump stopped when the test chamber pressure havereached the specified pressure, the pressure shall be maintainedfor at least 30 minutes. Within this period, the pressure shall bekept stable, and no water leakage, seepage or unallowabledeformation shall occur. In case of in sections casing test, microleakage or seepage from inner separation damper is allowableand the test pump may continuously run to maintain thepressure.4.3.3 After testing, the workpiece shall be subjected to anti-corrosion treatment as per requirement of 0-0001-6460-00.

5 Document and flow process

5.1 The design department shall indicate the test pressure or thedrawing No. or object number of the tested part or componentin the component drawing or in the hydraulic test form.5.2 The technical and the tool department shall work outhydraulic test process and design and manufacture tooling inaccordance with the drawing or the hydraulic test form.5.3 The manufacturing department shall test in accordance withthe hydraulic test form and hydraulic test technology.5.4 The inspectors shall check the leakage in accordance withdrawings or the hydraulic test form, and measure and record thedeformation of the workpiece before and after the test as per therequirements of the drawings.5.5 After qualification of hydraulic test, the inspectors shallsign in the hydraulic test form or quality-related recorddocuments.6 RepairingThe part or component unqualified in the test is allowed torepair and the repaired part or component shall be re-tested.

(4) Following clause shall be added to the procedure: (4-1) The chloride content of liquids used to hydrotest austenitic stainless steel materials shall not exceed 50mg/kg(wt ppm) (4-2) For test liquid, please refer to ASME VIII, Div 1, UG-99 (h) and add necessary clause to procedure. (4-3) Each casing shall accompany with min. 2 Nos. pressure gauges (i.e. one on the top nozzle and another on the bottom nozzle.). These Pressure Gauges should be graduated to approximately Twice the Test Pressure, but in No Case less than 1.5 times or more than 4 times the Test Pressure. (4-4) The calibration certificate of pressure gauges shall be valid.
