STUdENT INvOlvEmENT gUIdEeach year, we produce a simple guide covering all services and activities offered to students during their time at Bucks. a large proportion of the guides are posted out late august, but they are also distributed throughout the academic year.

STUdENT INvOlvEmENT caRdevery member of our sports teams and clubs/societies gets issued with a student involvement card. We offer one company the chance to sponsor these cards with their logo placed on the reverse of the card. The card lasts for the entire academic year from September to June.

PRE-FRESHERS NEWSPaPER SPEcIalduring the summer, we produce a freshers’ special edition which highlights all events and activities during the freshers fortnight period. a newspaper gets posted out to every single student in our summer mailout and is also widely available around both campuses when term starts.

SUmmER maIlOUT INSERTIONin august of every year, we post out over 6,000 packs to both new and returning students. each pack includes a number of different leaflets, a newspaper and a student involvement guide, along with a number of commercial leaflets. This pack is a great chance to engage with students just before they arrive at Bucks.

FRESHERS gOOdy BagSeach year, we place a freshers goody bag in every room of halls. This is an ideal opportunity to get promotional materials directly into the hands of students when they first arrive in their new room at Bucks. You can insert any leaflets, brochures or promotional items.

FRESHERS FaIRThe freshers fair is one of the key highlights during fresher’s fortnight. it is a fantastic way to promote your business through face-to-face interaction with students and typically the event has a footfall of over 5,000 students and staff throughout the day. electricity and access to the wifi can be arranged prior to the event.
