Nanotechnology is manipulation of matter on an atomic, molecular, and supramolecular scale with at least one dimension sized from 1 to 100 nanometers. Buckminsterfullerene C60, also known as the buckyball, is a representative member of the carbon structures known as fullerenes. Members of the fullerene family are a major subject of research falling under the nanotechnology umbrella.
Bucky paper is a macroscopic aggregate of carbon nanotubes or buckytubes.it owes its name to the Buckminsterfullerene(C60). Introduction
Bucky paper is an arrangement of carbon nanotubes or carbon nanotubes grid paper. These nanotubes are approximately 50,000 times thinner than a human hair. Originally, it was fabricated as a way to handle carbon nanotubes.
Buckypaper is one tenth the weight yet potentially 500 times stronger than steel when its sheets are stacked to form a composite and it is harder than a diamond also.
It has ultimate strength and flexibility.It could disperse heat like brass or steel and it could conduct electricity like copper or silicon.It is water resistance and avoids corrosion.
HbsfdApplicationsIt acts as a filter membrane to trap micro particles in air or fluid.It can be used to grow biological tissue,such as nerve cells.In covering a material with a thin layer of bucky paper significantly improves its fire resistance.It could be used to illuminate computer and television screens and allow for a more uniform level of brightness than current cathode ray tube(CRT) and liquid crystal display(LCD).
It acts as protective layer for metals,instruments,etc..It composites provide protection from lightening strikes while reducing overall weight and improve structural integrity for planes. It allows for wireless data transfer through the composite material.It's surface can stores energy,reduces weight and size.Except price everything is benificial.

Bucky paper looks a lot like ordinary carbon paper,but do not be fooled by the cute name or flimsy appearence. It could revolutionize the way everything from airplanes to Tv's made. This paper saves the valuable time of the inhabitants and it is easy to carry.
Bucky paper can be at only a fraction of its potential strength,in small quantities and at a high price.If this thing goes into production,this very well could be a very game changing or revolutionary technology to the aerospace businesses.It will definitely be a super coating material for all equipments which can protect them from many ascepts.
