Start to the endWhat is your goal "why did youlaunch this project / app / chatbot,...), and what prevents you fromreaching it?Several questions can be raised atthe beginning of the sprint design,do not panic, the exercise willdirect you towards a target and aprecise solution.

How might weEach member of the team has theopportunity to transform the pain pointsdetected within opportunities.

All participants write sentences that beginwith "how might we"."Customers do not come on our app"> "howcan we attract our customer on the app? ".

The exercise ends with a collective vote toelect the most relevant opportunity.

Crazy 8From the selected sentence, anideation exercise is launched andeach participant has the opportunityto propose 8 solutions adapted tothe opportunity launched.

They present them to the groupVote: the participants vote for themost relevant solution.

Map the problemTogether we map the problem. Via acomprehensive "customer journey",covering all pain points and touchpoints of the customer experienceand all the players involved.

We challenge your team to know allaspects of your customers' experience.

DESIGN SPRINT DAY 2 - Sketch & Map EXPERIENCE STUDIO

StoryboardLike PIXAR producers, participants draw, write, and scripttheir solution.What is the story of the solution? What are the key steps(flow, scroll, video, call to action, conversion, etc.)? Our UX/UIexpert plays an important role in guiding this step. He mustunderstand what the team wants and collaborates in orderto arrive at a simple, clear and effective story.

The UX designer then embarks on the design of theprototype that will have to be ready at the end of the day 2

Preparation User TestOur specialist "user test" comes toprepare the team on day 3: what is auser test ? how to observe users ?question them, guide them, makethem talk etc.

The team than schedule and contacttheir 5 testers and plan the test day. Weprovide a way to find the right users.

BacklogThe leader of the team translates thework done and the solution into a list ofactions to be taken after the DesignSprint.

A Product Owner WOD expert can helpyou to create a clear roadmap topresent to your management.

PitchCommunicating about whatyou do is the key to success.We select a "pitcher" in theteam and prepare toconvince management witha "start-up pitch".
