The IdeaThe aim : « Build Your Future Academy »

A 3-years intensive programme :

First Term : The « Learning Path » (1 year)

Second Term : The « Doing Path » (2 years)

A group of expert tradesmen will guide each participant in the learning of the building techniques such as eletrician, plumber or joiner.

25% Non Repayable Grants (Education and Corporate donations)

10% Brown Land is paid at project end year 5 (Peppercorn ground rent paid per year to procure land contract) Reclaimed/disused sites

15 % Renewable energy grants, repaid by creating surplus energy from the solar panel/ wind farm

15 % Gates Foundation (match funds to assist in sustainable energies

50% Bank Loan, serviced with low interest and defered payment

Contingent is 10 % and is recovered out of first house sales
