Specific items to be addressed in the accreditation process that pertain to Building Accreditation have been identified. Policy 1. Persons (firms) in the construction or construction related consulting business may be accredited subject to complying with all requirements of accreditation including conflict of interest guidelines developed by the Safety Codes Council. 2. Municipalities may implement a “Master Contractor” approach in their Quality Management Plan. 3. A minimum of one site inspection shall be done by a Building Safety Codes Officer on each part 9 project. 4.     Policy

    1. Persons (firms) in the construction or construction related consulting business may be accredited subject to complying with all requirements of accreditation including conflict of interest guidelines developed by the Safety Codes Council.
