Dear Delegates, Members, and Supporters,

You are cordially invited to attend the Girl Scouts of New Mexico Trails Celebration of Girls & Annual Meeting which is to be held on Saturday, November 17, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at the National Hispanic Cultural Center. Registration begins at 9:30 a.m. Our theme for 2018 is Building a Better World.

Girl Scouting builds girls of courage, confidence, and character, who make the world a better place. The Celebration of Girls Awards Ceremony will lead off our day as we celebrate the successes of New Mexico’s accomplished young ladies. They will be recognized for their work on the issues and concerns they see in their communities and share how they have taken action to make a change. After the Awards Ceremony has adjourned, we will have a meet and greet with refreshments to give you the opportunity to speak with these amazing young women and learn more about their projects.

After our meet and greet, be sure to continue your morning with us for our Annual Business Meeting. During this meeting, the Girl Scouts of New Mexico Trails Delegates will vote on business issues of the council, share their thoughts and suggestions with the council and install our new officers, Board Members and Board Development Committee. We value your input! This is your opportunity to share any ideas and concerns you may have.

We will also have a special presentation from our girls that you won’t want to miss!

Thank you for being a part of Girl Scouts of New Mexico Trails and for being such an integral part in preparing every girl to empower herself for a lifetime of leadership, success, and adventure!

We look forward to seeing you on November 17th!
