A copy of the title report which includes a full legal description of the property is attached as Exhibit A.

Pursuant to Section 98.0421, the property owner was issued an order on January 31, 2012, to pay a code violation inspection fee after violations were identified and verified upon inspection. The code violation inspection fees imposed by the Department are as follows:
