WHY BUILD AWARENESS AND EDUCATE?

•Not all LGUs and community organizations know that PSF exists.

•Not all LGUs and community organizations know what PSF is

for—nature of projects it intends to fund.

• Challenges in understanding climate change

• Distinguishing business-as-usual

• LGUs and community organizations are challenged to formulate

proposals.

SO NOW…HOW DO WE BUILD AWARENESS AND EDUCATE?
