Instead,andespeciallyasaleader,youneedtoinvest75%withothers.Ifyoudoyourpart,you’llbuildtrustiftheyevenattempttodotheirpart,atleast50%.Iftheyareunabletoinvestatleast25%,theyareinthewrongplace;it’stimetohelpthemrelocate.

Becausewehaveblindspots,one45-degreesoffofourleftfront,andanother45-degreesoffofourrightfront.Ifyoudon'tturnyourhead,youmighthaveaterribleaccident.

Whenitcomestoyourcommunicationstyle,areyouawareofyourblindspots,andpotentialweaknesses?
