The Athletic Fitness Center is a multi-building facility housing 3 gymnasiums, racquetball courts, locker rooms, and several multi-purpose/classroom areas. Garland/DBS Inc. (GDI) responded with: 1. A thorough engineering assessment of the roofs and walls, including the removal of masonry and roofing core cuts to investigate the source of moisture intrusion and recommend an appropriate solution 2. A scope of work for the recommended repairs 3. Recommendations to include the replacement of through-wall flashings, as well as restoration work involving masonry, waterproofing, and sealant PROJECT DESCRIPTION
