Many users access the Internet almostexclusively via their phone

Most webpages are designed fordesktop computers with large monitors

Displays on mobile devices need to be stretched and sized constantly when viewed on phones

Resizing webpages designed for desktop monitors on ones cell phone is awkward at best if not a barrier for most users

10% of SRJC webpages are viewed via a mobile device. Perhaps much more usage if the pages were designed for easy viewing on mobile devices.
