AMR Resources Ltd. (AMR) is a Mineral Exploration and Mining Company with a long term strategy of discovering and advancing big deposits with strong production potential
Mine-to-Market Strategy
Company Overview 100% ownership of mineral exploration licences
covering approximately 1,860 sq km in Turkey
Located in Isparta Angle in SouthwesternTurkey, recognised as having a unique structuraland geological history.
The licence area is a composite of explorationproject ground held under title by the AMRGroup.
Our Mining & Concentrator Plant at Çanaklı I A already began test production on November 2010
All our minerals of interest are liberated for this reason there is no need for any crushing and milling
We only apply Wet Gravity and Magnetic Methods

More than 3,000 Th-U-K quantitative analyses havebeen made in the pits and trenches opened in the allresources by RS-230-BGO-Super Spec spectrometer.
Totally 1,500 mt Wire-Line Drilling has been made inÇanaklı I and Kuyubaşı. Systematic samples are takenfrom each of vertical 2.5 mt of these drillings fromthese samples, totally 700 ICP-MS Whole Rock Major-Trace Element analyses have been carried out inCanada-ACME Laboratories.
In consequence of these works;TREO average concentration was determined as 1,000 gr/Ton
In consequence of the Mineral Technologystudies made in the company laboratoriesand the laboratories in the foreigncountries, it has been ascertained that;
35% of the TREO can be concentrated byGravitation and Magnetic Separationmethods in -700µ+15µ Fractions.
The major part of the REE minerals are inthe grain size of -15µ , and R&D studiesintended for recovery of these are on going.
Firstly, 2,000 grains selected in the company laboratory for mineral determination have been subjected to Electron Microprobe analyses in Hacettepe University Micro Analysis Laboratories.
Later, in an Australian company INTELLECTION, 3 individual QEMSCAN analyses have been made on the samples, 2 of which was from ÇANAKLI AREA and 1 from KUYUBASI AREA.

Titanites are different from the Classical Titanites. Density of some parts of the Titanites is higher than 4. These parts display very little magnetic characteristics and
remain in the form of Nonmagnetic fraction. These Titanites contain %~35 TiO2 and ~ 20% REE2O3.

MINING AND CONCENTRATOR PLANT ESTIMATED OPERATIONAL COST :
US$ 2–2.50 per TonIMPORTANT NOTE :
The rate of the Recoverable Resource by Conventional Methods is 35% of the Total Resource. This amount was obtained by numerous Gravimetrical Tests applied to our ROM Material. We are aware of the presence of the liberated economical minerals within grain size of -15/25µ. In order to gain these fine economical minerals, Flotation Mineral Enrichment studies are continuing. Once successful Flotation Test-Work is achieved the Recoverable Resource would reach up to 60-70%.

As China, making the 97% of world’s total REE production, cut an important portion of its Rare Earth exports due to meet her own increasing need, there has been an important level of supply shortage for Rare Earths in the World.
Even though Lynas Corporation and Molycorp Minerals will start production at 2012-2013, as the consumption increases parallel to the advances in technology, it is determined that the demand will be more than the supply for the next 5 years.
AMR, at full capacity, will produce about 5.500 Ton/year REO.
AMR will be the first to actualize the production of Rare Earths from local resources in Turkey.

TESTWORK
For the extraction of REE, Minor Metals, and Thorium from the Heavy Mineral Concentrate that AMR is producing at Canakli 1plant, and the Magnetite is separated, an Agreement is signed with Dr C.K. Gupta and Star Earth Minerals Pvt Ltd.
The details of the study, which will be conducted an overseen by Dr Gupta, are specified in the Agreement. 500kg representingsample of the HMC that AMR is producing is sent to India, and the lab scale tests will be resulted within 1 month with10kg sample.
The results of the Laboratory Tests will be submitted as a Simplified Flow Sheet and as a Preliminary Report by Dr Gupta.
In the light of the data that will be obtained from Lab Scale Tests, Pilot Scale Test-works will be conducted with the remaining490kg, and finalized within 2 months.
