Local Hispanic Population

In our area we have a high percentage of Hispanic, so I helped create and customize a “Basic Plant Safety” ESL training program to prepare a high pass ratio for construction workers. These workers are legal to work in the U.S. and already have necessary skills from their respective country i.e. Peru, Colombia, Mexico etc. The only piece they needed was a bridge to be able to pass the safety council certification, fill out a job application , communicate in a plant environment, to include responding to crisis

and emergencies in English
