Supplies • Notebook • Pen
* Either your favorite notebook or the Official Bullet Journal. You’ll find my faves on Page Flutter.
Initial setup
• Number your pages. • Create index (2-3 pages at
front or back of journal). • Create a key for bulleted
entries (Mine follows the official bullet journal style).
• Place Signifiers next to bullets to give more information (optional).
migration • Migration = moving a task
forward in the journal to a new day, month, or other spread.

Future Planning
• Record future appointments here. You’ll Check your future log each month (when making your monthly spread) & migrate tasks to the appropriate monthly pages.
Monthly spread
• This is Your Current month. Track monthly goals & appointments here. Create this spread at the beginning of each month & migrate tasks to it from your future log.
Weekly / Daily spreads
• Each morning (or night before), create daily task list. check monthly spread & migrate to dailies as needed. Mark tasks throughout the day & migrate as needed.
Collections
• Create collections for your life whenever the need arises. They can be lists, charts, trackers, artistic expression, etc.
