Laydex Polyethylene Damp Proof Course (DPC) is designed to prevent the passage of moisture in brick and block work from external sources. It is manufactured from high quality reprocessed materials to provide a cost effective and durable domestic grade damp proof course.

Laydex Polyethylene DPC is suitable for use in vertical and horizontal applications throughout two storey domestic constructions. It is produced to stringent performance standards and includes a pronounced emboss to improve mortar adhesion. Laydex Polyethylene DPC has good cold weather flexibility properties, remaining workable at low tempera-tures. It is manufactured to the requirements of BS 6515, IS 36.

UN-REINFORCEDLaydex un-reinforced Radon Membrane is manufacLaydex un-reinforced Radon Membrane is manufac-tured from an enhanced blend of polymer films that is suitable for use in the protection of buildings from the ingress of radon gas. It is an LDPE un-reinforced mem-brane, suitable for use in concrete floors not subject to hydrostatic pressure.

The product can be installed as an over-site mem-brane, either between a sand blinded hardcore (50mm of sand minimum) bed and the base concrete, or lay-ered on top of high-density insulation (25kg/m3) with a concrete screed layered over it.

REINFORCEDJUTA GP2 are high quality gas barriers manufactured from low density reinforced polyethylene (LDPE). They are ideal for use on sites with ground contamination from radon, carbon dioxide and methane gases.

Juta GJuta GP 2 can be used on any site where low levels of carbon dioxide, methane and radon are present up to and including CIRIA 665 Situation 2. The membrane is suffi-ciently resistant to the ingress of harmful gases into a building.

GP2 membranes should be installed on a sand blinding layer, geotextile protection fleece or smooth concrete float finish. In order to provide a continuous barrier across the cavity, the membrane should be taken through the blockwork and incorporated below the damp proof course cavity tray in the outer leaf.* IAB certification pending

AA tape for bonding Damp Proof Membranes (DPM) at overlaps and for bonding membranes to Damp Proof Courses (DPC) at junctions with internal and external walls.

InstallationEnsure surfaces are clean and dry. Apply tape to the lap area of the laid sheet starting approx 50mm from the mem-brane edge. Overlap adjoining membrane by minimum 150mm and remove tape release paper. Apply pressure to the jointed area to ensure adhesion.

PermaBase® Cement Board is a rigid substrate made of Portland cement, aggregate and glass mesh that provides an exceptionally hard, durable surface that is able to withstand prolonged exposure to moisture. The tapered, re-inforced edge design allows for closer nail or screw application to the edge. PermaBase® is GREENGUARD Indoor Air Quality Certified®.

SHEETROCK® offers a complete line of interior finishing products including joint compound, joint tape, bead and trim products, primers and accessories. Available in various formulas, the SHEETROCK® Brand Joint Compound line includes both drying-type ready-mixed and setting-type powder products in conven-tional weight and lightweight versions.

SHEETROCK® Brand All Purpose Ready Mixed Joint Compound is used for embedding joint tape, finish-ing gypsum panel joints and for hand-applied simple texturing. It combines single-package convenience with good taping and topping performance. Also recommended for skim coating gypsum panel surfaces, laminating and repairing cracks in interior plaster and masonry not subject to moisture.

Corotop - High Vapour Permeable Breather MembraneIt is high vapour permeable 3-layer roof membrane reinforced with special net. Thanks to the reinforcement it has above average strenght parameters especially the mechanical resistance. The tearing resistance of Corotex is up to 400N and the tensile strenght up to 500 N/50mm. The product is water resistant, breathable and extremly durable.

This durable Tyvek® underlay reinforced with a laminated Polypropylene can be used in all supported and unsupported pitched roof applications, including warm, hybrid and cold roofs. It is specially designed for the rough installation related conditions of fully boarded roofs and is also applicable for profiled cladding (metal sheet), pitched roofs and wall applications. GB PRO HYBRID SEALANT




A premium grade integral waterproofer designed to improve resistance to water penetrationboth internally and externally.

3 in 1 formulation: waterproofs, plasticises and retards. A high strength cement waterproofer for internal and external rendering, roof screeds, swimming pools, tanks, retaining walls, basement walls and reservoirs. Improves workability and plasticity of concrete and mortar in the wet state and resists water penetration even when under pressure.

UsesTTo help concrete and mortars resist external and/or internal water pressures. Suitable for use onrenderings, retaining walls, swimming pools, roof screeds, basement walls and all concrete applications where water penetration is a problem.

LimitationsThis is not a vapour-proofing product, therefore, a separate vapour-proof membrane is required for vapour-proof appli-cations. A separate plasticiser is not required. Do not overmix the mortar/concrete.

ApplicationAdd to gauging water. To obtain maximum benefit the minimum amount of water should be used in the mix together with an appropriately rich cement and sand aggregate ratio. In application, the mortar must be well compacted to give a dense homogeneous body. Available as either a pink or green liquid.

INTEGRAL WATERPROOFER




A premium grade SBR designed to give concrete floors and cement renders abrasion, chemicaland water resistance. Bond It SBR also shows improved performance as a key coat adhesivecompared to non SBR bonding agents.

AA styrene butadiene copolymer latex, which increases flexibility of cement screeds and mortars and improves water and chemical resistance and durability. Suitable for internal and external floors and rendering in areas of continual or intermittent water and chemical contact. Excellent waterproofing admixture that improves adhesion of cementitious screeds and reduces shrinkage and cracking when repairing floor screeds. Also ideal as a bonding agent for new to old concrete.
