OUR VISION
To truly be the Church on the hill with the CROSS,
reaching out to the Gem Valley and beyond to the whole
world. We believe all generations need the Gospel, and
have a special concern for the younger generations to
come to Christ, and to His Church. Hence, we will re-
main committed to effective ministry to all age groups;
but we will specifically strive to strengthen our ministry
to youth, as God grants us opportunity.

WORLD MISSION PRAYERS
PRAISES
The Church of the Nazarene in Romania, thank and praise God for His provision for the Open Door Foundation to purchase a house last December and outfit it to aid survivors who come out of the human trafficking industry.
PRAY FOR
Please join with us in prayer for Alcides Araujo, who has not been able to walk for the past six months. On May 31 he was sent to Portugal for treatment. Please pray for God’s healing touch on his body and that God’s peace will rest upon him. Pray for the doctors as they provide the neces-sary treatment, and that he will soon be strong again. Pray for the family also as he is away from them. Alcides is the father of David Araujo, District Superintendent of the Cape Verde District and Regional Advisory Council Member.
Former missionary Joy Leverett passed away on Monday, June 3, after a battle with cancer. She is with her Lord and for this we give praise! Please be in prayer for the Leverett family. A memorial service will be held on June 5 in Braden-ton, Florida. Joy served in South Africa and Germany and also at the Global Ministry Center in Kansas.
The Kenya church ask for prayer for their calendar for depu-tation to fill up, and for God’s blessing on their new minis-tries at Olivet Nazarene University. Also pray for effective-ness in ministry through their local church, and for the pos-sibility to mentor new missionary candidates and others pre-paring for ministry.
