This collection supports Catholic organizations that provide affordable shelter and training for seminarians in a region that still struggles from the effects of Soviet rule. By providing pastoral care, catechesis, and funding for building renovations, your donations help restore the Church and build the future in the region. Please give generously to this collection next week. LENTEN SERVICES: There is a 6:30 Mass this Friday followed by the Stations of the Cross. FAITH FORMATION CLASSES: SUNDAY March 13th Grades 3 & 4 9:30 – 11AM SUNDAY April 3 Grades 1 & 2 9:30 – 11AM FAITHWAYS STUDENTS – Remember: Attend Friday Lenten Service = 1 credit hour. Lenten Service on Holy Thursday and Good Friday = 1 credit hour. Easter Service on Saturday or Sunday = 1 credit hour CONFIRMATION will be held this weekend. The schedule is as follows: Saturday, March 12 at 7PM – Girls’ Confirmation Sunday, March 13 at 7PM – Boys’ Confirmation WOMEN’S GUILD will hold their monthly meeting on Wednesday, March 16th at 7PM. SCHOLARSHIP FUND CALENDAR FUND-RAISER: The Knights of Columbus are holding their Annual Calendar Raffle to benefit the Scholarship Fund. It is the April Surprises Calendar! The cost is $10 Per Calendar. They are available after all Masses and at the Rectory. Please support this worthy endeavor. LENTEN PENANCE SERVICES are being offered at two locations: St. John of God Church this Wednesday, March 16th from 6-6:45PM, and St. Patrick’s Church in Somerset on Monday, March 21st at 7PM. Please see flyers at entrance to Center and Church. CAMP ST. DOROTHY is now taking registrations for their Christian Camp for children ages 4-13. It is located on the grounds of Sisters of St. Dorothy at Mt. St. Joseph in Bristol. Children enjoy plenty of fun in outdoor sports, games, arts and crafts, swimming and Bible stories in an atmosphere of love and respect for all God’s creatures. Call 401-253-5434 or 401-626-8359. This special event will be hosted at Bishop Stang High School, 500 Slocum Road, Dartmouth, MA. Tickets available are $25 per person with a luncheon provided. The Holy Spirit Festival will be held on May 15th.
