2. GENERAL INFORMATION
At the time of arrival, every delegation member will receive an accreditation, which will allow entry into the competition hall. The accreditation is personal and non-transferable and must be used at all times. In case of losing it, immediately contact the Head of Competition.
All the necessary information – TRANSPORTATION, TRAINING TIMES, LIST OF FINALISTS etc. will be clearly displayed at the hotels and will also be available at the INFO point in the competition hall.
Each participant must hold a valid insurance policy. In case of any medical expenses, every federation is responsible for all costs.
Prize money will be awarded on Sunday immediately after the finals. It is necessary for tax purposes to take a copy of passports of all the competitors, so please bring them to the INFO desk in the competition hall during the official Friday training.
3. ACCOMMODATION AND MEALS
All delegations are staying in one of the official hotels: Hotel Orel, Hotel Piramida or Hotel Habakuk – where they also have all their meals. Meals can be taken according to the restaurant opening times of the respective hotels.
Lunch for the judges on Saturday will be organised in the VIP room between the competition of groups B and A.
On Sunday evening there will be no dinner at the hotels as all the delegates are invited to the farewell dinner, which will be held in the competition hall Lukna.
There will be refreshments available in the competition hall for gymnasts and coaches. Judges will be able to get coffee and warm refreshments in the VIP room of the competition hall.
4. TRANSPORTATION
Participants staying in the hotels Orel and Piramida are welcome to take a 5-minute walk to the competition hall. However, there will also be official transportation from all the hotels half an hour prior to the start of trainings and competition. Judges will have transportation organised separately half an hour prior to the judges meeting.
The timetable of transportation to and from the hotels has been done according to the training times of individual delegations and is enclosed.

The roll call of all the countries will be done at the technical meeting. The draw for the qualification competition has been carried out by the Organising Committee and is enclosed. Please let us know about any name changes during the Friday training at the INFO POINT in the competition hall.
