D7 TEAM ENTRIES AND CHANGES Team changes/deleting competitors/adding an event for an existing competitor can be done on Carnival Manager until 11pm Tuesday 13 March. The composition of teams will be taken as they are entered. Please ensure that Team Managers have a copy of their entries. If there is any entry dispute the Team Manager will need to provide these as evidence. By pre-registering the teams, this saves time at marshalling and also enables us to produce accurate results for the team events post-event. If you are unsure of the make up of your teams, you can submit a team sheet at marshalling for that event however understand that this will slow down marshalling for that event and therefore slowdown the program for that arena. If the composition of a team is different from that entered then a new team sheet will need to be presented at marshalling. Subsequent changes are allowable as per the rules and must be accompanied by a new team sheet. Any alterations or changes to teams will require a new team entry sheet to be lodged with the area Marshall prior to the new team being permitted to start in the next round. Team sheets are located at the end of this document (Appendix B). Combined club teams may be entered in accordance with the SLSWA Combined Club Teams Policy.
