March Anniversaries 25. Barry & Laura Fisher The cross is based on an Ethiopian design

pattern. The rhythmic interlocking movements of the lines symbolize our unity with Christ in His Death and Resurrection. The Greek cross in the middle has arms of equal length to remind us that Christ’s Sacrifice reaches to the four corners of the earth. *PRAYER OF INVOCATIONJourney with us, O Holy God, as we continue our way to the cross. Sharpen our focus, that our attention may center more on You than ourselves. Lead us through the shadows of darkness and prepare our hearts, that we might be a people of prayer, ready to perceive and respond to Your Son and our Savior, Jesus Christ. In His Name we pray. Amen

*PRAISE HYMN “In This Very Room” 28 [B]

*PRAYER OF CONFESSION Lord Jesus Christ forgive us for looking elsewhere for satisfaction instead of looking to You. Forgive us for the way we betray our faith in You alone by the way we live our lives and depend on the affirmation of others for our self-worth. Your Grace is enough. Amen.

*ASSURANCE OF PARDON {1 Timothy 1:15; 1 Peter 2:24} The saying is sure and worthy of full acceptance, that Jesus Christ came into the world to save sinners. He Himself bore our sins in His Body on the cross, so that we, free from sins, might live for righteousness; by His Wounds we have been healed.
