The Burke County Middle Balanced Scorecard allows our school to monitor and manage improvement initiatives and to
present data to stakeholders to ensure effective resource management. This Balanced Scorecard will illustrate our schools
progress in four areas; Student Performance, Stakeholder Engagement, Organizational Effectiveness, and Continuous
Improvement. This is a working document that is always evolving.

MISSION - The mission of BCMS is to provide the youth
of Burke County with the skills that will allow them to
