  4. 4. WHY BREATHE? Breathing good for you and its free! Three actions to get you started: Slow your breathing down 5-6 seconds in and 5-6 seconds out Practice this, especially when you feel stressed Fill your belly up with air, not your chest
  5. 5. WATER
  6. 6. WHY WATER? Three actions to get you started: Build your water intake up slowly and aim for 2-3 litres per day Carry a water bottle with you and have one on your desk Give yourself non-negotiable milestone markers for drinking. Eg. A glass before breakfast etc.
  7. 7. REST
  8. 8. WHY REST? Regenerate and rejuvenate Three actions to get you started: Establish a weekday pattern. Retire and rise at the same set time. Turn off devices 30 mins before retiring Correct a late night with a full 8 hours the following night
  10. 10. WHY SUNSHINE? Dem Bones, Dem Bones Three actions to get you started: Aim for 10mins in the middle of the day. Eg Quick walk at lunch time Eat a meal outdoors Eg Sunday brekky Head to the markets!

  14. 14. WHY NOURISH? We may not know what to eat but we all know what not to eat Three actions to get you started: Exchange chips for sweet potato chips Exchange Fruit Juice for Vege Juice Opt for stir fry instead of creamy dishes
  15. 15. LOVE
  16. 16. WHY (SELF) LOVE? Theres a reason in a safety briefing that we are told to fit our own oxygen mask before helping others Three actions to get you started: Do something you love, once a week. Practice saying No (with love). Sit quietly alone and breathe
  17. 17. Focus on whats right! We are not perfect and thats perfect! Honour your word to yourself! BUSINESS & LIFE MATTERS
