Dr. R. Srinivasan, Director & Professor (Finance), AICISM. Ph.D. from FMS, Delhi

University in Financial Modeling; PGDM (Finance), IMI, New Delhi; and MCA. Industry

experience of 16 years with IT and ITES and research / consultancy for over 12

years. Has provided consultancy services to the University of Applied Sciences,

Frankfurt, Germany; Technova India Pvt. Ltd., Gurgaon; Nomura Research Institute,

Japan, on India entry and expansion strategies.

Dr. D. Das, Director and Professor (Business Analytics), Indus Business Academy,

has over twenty years teaching, training, research, and consultancy experience in

the area of Business Analytics. He has designed and delivered MDPs on Business

Analytics for executives working leading consultancies at IIM, Lucknow, Noida

Campus, and Great Lakes Institute of Management, Gurgaon & Bangalore campuses.

He has executed consultancy work and research projects for several Ministries of

Govt. of India; Steel Authority of India Limited, Nomura Research Institute India Pvt.

Ltd, CII, and many more.

Dr. Kunal, Faculty of Finance at IIM Kashipur. He is a Ph.D., IIT Kanpur; PGDM (Gold

Medalist), IMI, New Delhi; M. Tech. (Aerospace), IIT Kharagpur; and B E (Mech). He

has received awards from IIM, Ahmedabad; and ISB, Hyderabad for his research

contributions. He has taught as a visiting faculty at DualeHochschule, Baden-

Wurttemberg (DHBW), Ravensburg, Germany. He has conducted several MDP for TVS

group, NSE, ICFL, etc.

Cmde. Rajan Bhandari, Professor, is holder of Yudh Seva Medal and Vishisht

Seva Medal awards by the President of India. He has over 40 years of experience in

Strategy, Operations, Training, HRM/HRD in the Indian Navy and Corporate Sector.

Has 11 Years of experience of working in reputed Multinational Organizations as

CEO, Asstt. VP and Group Manager. With Amity University since 2008, as faculty

for International Business, Strategic Management and Operations Management.

Prof. Monika Saxena has completed her Ph.D. from Jamia Millia Islamia Central

University. She has over 12 of teaching, research and consulting experience.

Through study of econometrics, she has developed an expertise in the area of

Business Analytics, International Business, International Finance, etc. Has worked

on research projects with Nomura Research Institute, NFCG, CII, Ministry of

Corporate Affairs, Clear data Analytics etc. She has hands on experience on range

of Statistical and Optimization Software like Excel, SPSS, Eviews, R-Program, TORA,

QM, etc.

Prof. Samarth Sharma is pursuing his Ph.D. from Aligarh Muslim University in

the area of Marketing Analytics. An MBA from UPTU, Lucknow; with Advance

Diploma in Strategy and Data analytics from AIMA. He has been involved in

consultancy for LG in establishing their sales and distribution network in the

Greater Noida, Bhiwadi, Agra, Mathura and other rural pockets of North India. Has

also conducted FDPs on Marketing Research and Research Methodology.
