BPP University School of Foundation and English Language Studies

BPP University’s School of Foundation and English Language Studies offers

foundation and English language courses to students whose first language

is not English. Our state-of-the art study centre is conveniently located in

Shepherd’s Bush in central London with excellent transport links. We have

expertise in the design and delivery of both face-to-face and online

programmes.

The School is located in Shepherds Bush with an overground rail station,

Shepherd’s Bush bus station, and London Underground Central and

Hammersmith & City lines all converge at Westfield Retail Park, which

holds over 700 fashion stores, 300 places to eat, and is a five minute walk

from our study centre. There is also easy access from both Paddington and

King’s Cross stations.

Our teaching and learning approach Our approach to English language teaching draws on both expertise in a professional context as well as drawing on a genre approach

to teaching English in an academic context. We place our students at the centre of all our teaching. Our approach to teaching English

for business draws on a content and integrated language learning approach combining the content of business with language

development. We have a strong commitment to both face-to-face and online learning and our expertise in these areas is reinforced

by our staff.
