You can categorize your cards as you can select from all available categories in software or you can define your own category. This can help you to make searching easy.

To scan the visiting card, you have to simply click on the “Acquire Image ” button of Recognition Software. It opens the following window.

Data ArrangementThe recognition software captures all the data of your cards and arranges it in a proper manner. This arrangement is fully editable, so that if you want to modify detail, you can do it.

Exporting Data

You can export the data in the form of Excel file or in outlook express or CSV format or all available categories.
