ASSOCIATE OF SCIENCE IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATIONThe Associate of Science in Business Administration is a two-year degree program that combines business-related coursework with a faith-based liberal arts education. This degree will provide you with an overview of the functional areas of business that are common to all organizations, including accounting, finance, management, marketing, and computer information systems. Business courses emphasize ethical leadership and strong values founded on a biblical worldview as part of every course.

In this program, you will learn how to use accounting information to support decision-making and how various economic systems impact businesses in a global economy. In your classes, you will also study marketing concepts including product, price, promotion, and distribution, and how to use statistical analysis to make effective decisions.

TRANSFER CREDIT FROM ANOTHER COLLEGEIf you started a degree at another regionally or nationally accredited college or university, you may be able to transfer credits toward your CCU degree. You can also earn credit through CCU’s partnership with Straighterline.

Associate Degree: up to 45 credits

Bachelor’s Degree: up to 90 credits

PRIOR LEARNING CREDITSave time and money by earning college credit for your life experience. There are two ways of doing so: credit by portfolio and credit by exam. Build a portfolio of your post-high school personal and professional learning experiences. Or take advantage of low-cost CLEP, DSST, and UExcel testing options to test out of electives and many general education requirements.

ASSOCIATE OF SCIENCE INLOGISTICS AND SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT The Associate of Science in Logistics and Supply Chain Management degree program will provide you with a study of logistics and the backbone of business around the world. Supply chain management is the study of the processes of physical distribution and supply in domestic and international settings, including purchasing and inbound logistics, handling, warehousing, inventory and financial controls, and transportation. Subjects are integrated with a Christ-centered perspective enabling students to demonstrate excellence in the workplace and in their lives beyond the classroom.

The Associate of Science in Logistics and Supply Chain Management is designed to give you the foundational courses for careers in manufacturing, retail operations, carrier/transportation services, warehouse operations, and purchasing or transportation management. The 15 credit hours of major coursework, as well as the general education and elective credit hours, may be transferred to the Bachelor of Science in Logistics and Supply Chain Management degree.

BACHELOR OF SCIENCE INLOGISTICS AND SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT In the Logistics and Supply Chain Management degree program at CCU, you will learn how to recognize, describe, evaluate, and implement the basic theories, concepts, principles, and practices in the field. You will also learn the principles in supply chain design and decision-modeling, contract and pricing negotiations, and international supply chain management. Courses are integrated with a Christ-centered perspective enabling students to demonstrate excellence in the workplace and in their lives beyond the classroom.

The B.S. in Logistics and Supply Chain Management is designed for students who are interested in a career in manufacturing, retail operations, or carrier/transportation services, and roles such as a logistician, supply chain analyst, warehouse operations manager, and purchasing or transportation manager.

BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN ORGANIZATIONAL MANAGEMENT AND ENTERPRISE AGILITYEnterprise agility is a discipline that takes agile concepts beyond information technology to assist organizations in being more responsive to the market place. At CCU, our Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management in Enterprise Agility is designed to train students in all major aspects of managing high level projects, including strategic management, organizational leadership, and project-based teamwork utilizing agile concepts. Curriculum is based on real-world business situations, which will give you practical, hands-on experience that is applicable in your current work situation. In addition to equipping you with a marketable skill set, our enterprise agility courses will challenge you to consider how personal ethics and values can impact your work.

BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN ORGANIZATIONAL MANAGEMENT IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT Strategic project management is an essential component in the success of any organization. At CCU, our Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management in Project Management is designed to train you in all aspects of managing high-level projects, including strategic management, project-based teamwork, risk reduction, and budget analysis. Curriculum in the bachelor’s in Project Management degree is based on real-world business situations, which will give you practical, hands-on experience that is applicable in your current work situation. In addition to equipping you with a marketable skill set, our project management training classes will also challenge you to consider how personal ethics and values can impact your work. With Project Management Professional (PMP) certified faculty, our project management courses will provide you with the foundation you need to satisfy the education portion of the qualifications to sit for PMP™ certification.

BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN BUSINESS The Bachelor of Science in Business will enable you to pursue a wide range of careers. Through an integrated curriculum that incorporates business fundamentals with an emphasis on ethical leadership and strong values, this program has made a difference for hundreds of adult students who want to advance their careers through a degree in Business.

Focus areas in this degree include business management, project management, ethics and international considerations, and real-world learning experience. You may choose from one of two optional emphases: Entrepreneurship or International Business.

As one of the top business programs online, the Bachelor of Science in Business degree offers an optional emphasis in Entrepreneurship, which has been shown to be a driver of wealth creation in every economy where it occurs. This emphasis focuses on “entrepreneurship as a mission,” whether that is incorporating an entrepreneurial mindset at your current company; starting and running a business; efforts in social, sustainable, and mission entrepreneurship; or achieving growth for sustainability in your entrepreneurial venture.

The Business degree’s optional International Business emphasis provides students with a broad exposure to global issues with a practical, applied perspective. Students will explore logistics, international combinations, diversity, and global entrepreneurship opportunities with an evangelical Christian focus. Students should consider the International Business emphasis if they are interested in pursuing a career in international professions in marketing, human resources, management, communications, trade finance, business development, or missions.

BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN ECONOMICS CCU’s B.S. in Economics combines the concepts of market theory, capitalism, macro- and microeconomic policy, and quantitative problem-solving/econometrics to give you a solid economic foundation. You will study the latest in healthcare economics, big data, money and banking, and business finance. An international perspective rounds out the program with courses in international political economy and economic development. The program is designed from a biblical perspective and emphasizes service to the least advantaged. You will be challenged to understand poverty and inequality in our world. Additionally, you will learn to apply critical thinking to the problems of poverty through the use of economic analysis.

MASTER OF SCIENCE IN HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENTSuccessful organizations recognize their employees as their most valuable asset, providing the skill, knowledge, and commitment that brings true worth to the organization. The Master of Science in Human Resources Management program at Colorado Christian University focuses on the methodologies and practices which are proven to secure and maintain a workforce which will maximize efficiency in functionality and operational effectiveness.

The Human Resource Management master’s program will instill you with the knowledge and tools necessary to become an integral part of organizational leadership and the decision-making team. The program’s breadth will cover the responsibilities, challenges, and competencies that contribute to effective human resource management. The program incorporates faith into every course, ensuring that you will be prepared not only to lead, but to do so with ethics and in alignment with God’s plan.

MASTER OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION The MBA programs at CCU focus on management and leadership. Within these programs, our mission is to equip future business and nonprofit leaders and managers with a Christian worldview and a broad understanding of business administration and technology. You will be prepared with the skills and tools required for excellence in leading and growing organizations in the global economy.

CCU’s MBA leadership courses attract skilled professionals from diverse industries, giving you an opportunity to learn from your peers, as well as professors with firsthand industry experience.

CCU offers online MBA programs with five emphases to choose from: Leadership, Advanced Accounting, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, and Enterprise Agility. You will explore the concept of “servant leadership” and consider how to incorporate the eternal wisdom and love of Jesus Christ in the way you lead others in the business environment.

MASTER OF SCIENCE IN ACCOUNTING The online Master of Science in Accounting is designed for students who plan to pursue their Certified Public Accounting (CPA) credential. Upon graduation, students will have completed the 150 credits in business and accounting required for CPA licensing.*

A Master of Science in Accounting is highly desirable in the accounting industry and will help differentiate yourself in a rapidly expanding field.

MASTER OF SCIENCE IN ECONOMICSThe online Master of Science in Economics at Colorado Christian University equips graduates with the theoretical and practical knowledge necessary to lead in a global environment, whether working in business, government, or the nonprofit sector. Learn how to apply economic theories and concepts to analyze and solve problems related to the distribution of resources, trade, and economic development in the domestic and international arenas.

The international focus of the program goes beyond the core international trade and finance courses to also include international political economy and economic development. You will gain a deeper understanding of how to address the issues of wealth and poverty in our world.

CERTIFICATE IN ENTREPRENEURSHIPThe Certificate in Entrepreneurship will help you develop skills related to entrepreneurship as a mission. Our entrepreneur training is a vehicle to share the gospel on the mission field — whether by starting a local franchise, working in a family business, or helping a village become self-sustainable overseas. The Certificate in Entrepreneurship is designed to help you craft an entrepreneurial mindset, which is vital for business start-ups as well as established organizations.

Topics of study in Entrepreneurship courses include Entrepreneurship as a Mission; Starting and Running a Business; Social, Sustainable, and Mission Entrepreneurship; and Entrepreneurial Growth. You will also be required to evaluate opportunities to promote self-employment through creativity and the use of God-given talents.

This is available as a stand-alone program, or you may transfer 12 credits from the certificate to a CCU bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship. The Certificate in Entrepreneurship can also be used to supplement another CCU bachelor’s degree, such as Accountancy, Sales and Marketing, or Information Systems Management.

CERTIFICATE IN ETHICSThe Certificate in Ethics offers you a unique combination of classes involving business ethics, philosophy, and biblical principles — helping you integrate your worldview into everyday life and work. You will be challenged in our Ethics courses to explore how your personal values and morals impact the decision-making process.

Topics of study in this program include business ethics, personal and social ethics, and worldviews. Course content has practical application in work, church, and personal settings.

The Certificate in Ethics is available as a stand-alone program, or you can use toward a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Business, Information Systems Management, Organizational Management in Christian Leadership, Human Resource Management, or Project Management.

CERTIFICATE IN LOGISTICS AND SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT The Logistics and Supply Chain Management Certificate from CCU will help you gain a deeper understanding of the processes within supply chain management, including purchasing and inbound logistics, handling, warehouse operations, inventory and financial controls, transportation, and reverse logistics.

Students can complete this certificate as a stand-alone program, or may transfer 12 credits from the certificate to a CCU bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
