WHEREAS, it has come to the attention of the Board of Commissioners City of Newell, that some payments & claims are due and need to be paid before a regular Commissioners Meeting.

THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Newell, Butte County, State of South Dakota that City of New-ell, hereby establishes the Municipality Finance Of-ficer to pay any advanced payments & claims that are due before the Regular Commissioners Meeting not to exceed $20,000.00.

BE IT FURTHER OR-DAINED, that the follow-ing will be in full force and effect:

A detailed account of expenditures will be pre-sented at the regular meet-ing.

A claim of council with details of payments will need to be signed by May-or and Commissioners for approval.

All checks and claims will need to be signed by the Finance Officer and Mayor before being mailed out for payment.
