The term business ethics simply refers to ethics as it applies to business. Doing business ethically means holding right things right and wrong things wrong in

business.

The term profit in business is appropriate but only profit is not accepted anymore.

Example :-

• To provide the best product to the customers.• To charge fair prices from the customers.• To pay taxes to the government honestly.• To keep honesty towards stake holders.• To give fair wages to the workers.

Corporate social responsibilities

“corporate” is legally united entity which act as an individual.

“Social” is the environment we live.

“Responsibilities” is authorising a person to do something and for that he/she is accountable.

Thus CRS is the objective concern for the welfare of society.
