ness management system CROSS2, devel-
oped for the Volkswagen Group dealer-
ship network, rendered the previously-
used repor ng systems obsolete, as they
are no longer compa ble with the new IT
structure. In order to access their own in-
forma on, dealers were thus forced to re-
design and reshape their analy cal tools.

(Access, spreadsheets, etc.).

unified, standardized data that can be easily
extracted for any type of query.
In addi on to the business intelligence product for dealerships, Qwerty Informa ca also

ad hoc applica ons, such as a commission management so:ware (interfaced with
CROSS2 and Navision) and an applica on that automa cally sends daily reports to users
