    Mechanism for Level 2 and level 3 evaluation

    Level 2 Evaluation: Participants will respond to a questionnaire emailed to them onemonth after each program, to ascertain their understanding of the conceptspresented at the training program

    Level 3 Evaluation: The trainers will email to immediate superiors of participants a

    questionnaire for them to fill in. Such a questionnaire helps superiors determinewhether participants have applied the concepts and principles at work and integratedthem into their work routine.
