Our FRP delivery boxes are built to be more durable and compatible. These can be mounted on to your TVS XL100. Choose the one that best suitsyour requirement and make your business more e�cient, e�ective and organized.

The delivery boxes are made of Fiber glass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) – a composite material, which looks and feels like plastic but is more durable.

Unlike ordinary plastic which degrades over time when exposed to constant sunlight, Fiber glass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) has a signi�cantly longer life-span. This makes it an ideal material for making delivery boxes which can be constantly exposed to sunlight and rain throughout the year. FRP is also used in products like helmets & automobile parts and is known to not crack easily on impact.

We use only Polyester Resin with Chop strand �ber Matt (300 GSM + 450 + Core Matt), Polyurethane Air spray paint and UV resistant Lacquer which gives our boxes better durability, impact resistance, load capability etc.

FRP delivery boxes for my TVS XL100 delivery �eet. Within a few months,

• The boxes are �xed using clamps, which are attached to the rear carrier.

• This way, they can be �xed and removed easily when not needed.

• Box Holding Bracket is fabricated from Appropriate Gage CRCI Sheets and Seamless tubes.
