Rent a PABX andget 3 months free

1. Information on how to claim and qualify for your three months’ free PABX rental

forms part of the Terms and Conditions (Terms). Participation in this

rentaphonesystem.com.au promotional offer (Offer) is deemed acceptance of these

terms. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other rentaphonesystem.com.au

offer or discount.

2. The Offer commences on 16th September 2014 and ends at 11.59 AEST on 30th

June 2015. (AEST) (Promotional Period).

3.3. Offer is only open to Australian individuals or businesses who are: (a) new

rentaphonesystem.com.au customers; or (b) existing rentaphonesystem.com.au cus-

tomers who are out of contract, and who sign a 36, 48 or 60 month contract for a

PABX system or (c) existing Unified Communication Partners customers. These indi-

viduals or businesses are Eligible Claimants.

4. If an Eligible Claimant who has signed up on a 36, 48 or 60 month contract termi-

nates their agreement within twelve (12) months of connection then Eligible Claimant

will incur, in addition to our standard Exit Fees, a Promotion Early Termination Fee of

$298 (incl. GST).

5. All Eligible Claimants who sign up to a 36, 48 or 60 month PABX rental agreement

will be entitled to three months’ free PABX rental. This will be applied to your

account as an account credit in the fourth month of your rental agreement.
