• All new IRs first purchase will be at retail price effective 11 March 2008

• IR’s first purchase could be a personal purchase OR sales to a retail customer

• The IR’s referrer gets the retail profit from the retail purchase

• The retail profit will be credited to the IR’s referrer’s Quest Account on a weekly basis.

• IR would still allocate his own commissionable UV (CUV)

• IR’s second purchase onwards would be at the IR price

• Should the new IR’s first purchase are multiple products, all products will be charged at Retail prices.

• Referrer gets the Commissionable UV (CUV) from the retail sales and will be credited to his/her CUV bank for allocation later. The Qualifying UV (QUV) will create a Tracking Centre (TC) for the referrer if the referrer has all his existing TCs qualified.

Refers to the point value of a product that counts towards qualification requirements of a Tracking Centre. The minimum QUV to qualify a TC is 1 QUV.

Refers to the point value of a product that is used in the calculation of the binary commissions.

Each of them purchased 1 product at Retail Price of US$ 480 (IR Price: US$ 430)

Retail Profit for each referral = US$ 50Total Retail Profit for Mr. A = US$ 50 X 4 = US$ 200

2) Mr. A also earns QSC of US$ 50

1.) A PRIMARY TC MUST be qualified with a minimum of 1 QUV with 0.5 CUV from a purchase or retail sale

Example: Mr. A purchases a product with 1QUV & 0.5 CUV

2.) Primary TC should first be qualified before any other TCs are qualified.

Example: Mr. A purchase a product with 1 QUV & 0.5 CUV

3.) IR has to qualify all existing TCs before a new TC can be created.

Example: Mr. A purchases a product with 2 QUV & 1.5CUV

4.) QUVs purchased will create equivalent TCs. A maximun of additional 2 TCs can be created per transaction where you have an option to place them or place in the TC bank.

5.) Placement rules still apply.

Example: Mr. A tries to purchase an additional product with 2 QUV & 1.5 CUV

6.) Quick Start Commission rules still apply.

Example: Mr. A referred two direct referrals who purchased products with 1 QUV , 0.5CUV within 4 weeks from the date of

registration.

• Strictly no CUV / QUV reallocation once it has been allocated.

• IR could still be Activated by referring 1 left /1 right Qualified Direct Referrals who purchased products with 1 QUV and 0.5 CUV.

• Left and Right volume will be counted based on downlines’ CUV.

• Rank requirements remain the same.

• CUV bank will remain to store CUVs from retail sales until they are allocated by the Referrer.
