We use an industry leading business class anti-virus program that not only actively scans your entire network for risks but also sends technicians alerts if anything is found. This allows us to follow up quickly on potential threats before any serious damage can be done.

MONTHLY ON-SITE SUPPORT

Our technicians come on site at least once a month to physically check the health of the installed hardware, verify load balancing of network switches and check the state of drives in your server array. Doing simple preventative maintenance can be the difference between a smooth running network and a network that is down.

On-Site Support $100/Monthfor up to 2 hours/month for a minimum of 3 months or as needed for $75/hour
