Why to Simplify Business? With the emergence of Digital Economy, the digital consumers have started to demand a plethora of services spanning content, communications, and enterprise services to be delivered anytime, anywhere and any-device. Hence, operators need to remain agile, lean and proactive to cater to the demands of the Digital Consumer. To fabricate such an agile landscape, the complexity arising due to changing technology, launch of product & services, partner onboarding, engagement channels and newer business models needs to be curtailed. In addition, the traditional approach of business transformation to eliminate complexity is also limited - addressing technology obsolescence, application stack consolidation, managing outsourcing operations through time and material mode, and driving IT outcomes rather than business SLA. To navigate the maze of complexity and remain agile in the dynamic marketplace, there is a need for a reimagined approach for Business transformation with core theme as simplification.
