Training, implementation planning, testing, implementation, follow-up trainingand testing
Performance Measures
Measure rate at which bills are paid and purchase orders and invoices are processed accurately, timely, and in keeping with meeting the needs of the company. Regular finance audits to determine compliance with company, state, federal, etc. protocols.

Research, exploring both the negative and positive possibilities, select a vendor, establish a contract, set a date for implementation, devise a firm schedule, and establish a budget.
Performance Measures
Measuring employee and customer satisfaction via surveys, questionnaires, rating scales, and indexes.

Performance Measures
The vendors performance will be measured in the following areas: timeliness of deliverables, budget vs. actual cost, tasks meet functional specifications, actionable results, contribution to business goals, objectives, strategies, and stakeholder satisfaction.
