G8. Sew (1) G8 to right side of the E1, then sew (1) D2 to other side of G8 . Sew (1) G1 strip to bottom to finish UNIT 1. Square to 11-1/2” X 40-1/2”.

2. UNIT 2: Sew (1) G2 to right side of (1) K1. Square to 7-1/2” X 39-1/2”. 3. UNIT 3: Sew (1) G4 to bottom of (1) A1, then sew (1) D3 to other side of G4.

Sew (1) G6 to each side, then sew (1) J1 to left side and (1) F1 to right side. Sew (1) G3 to bottom to finish UNIT 3. Square to 15-1/2” X 33-1/2”.

QUILT ASSEMBLY: Refer to QUILT DIAGRAM for proper placement. 6. Sew UNIT 4 to the top of UNIT 5, then sew UNIT 3 to the top of UNIT 4. Sew

UNIT 2 to the left side, then sew UNIT 1 to the top. Square to 40-1/2” X 50-1/2”.

FINISHING: Cut batting and backing 3” larger than top on all sides. Layer back-ing, batting and top together and baste or pin. Quilt as desired. When quilting is completed, trim excess batting and backing. Bind as usual. WOF=WIDTH OF FABRIC * SEW STRIPS VIA SHORT ENDS THEN GO TO BORDER ASSEMBLY
