DESIGN FEATURESBodyThe one-piece valve body casting ensures high strength. It can be supplied for both Wafer and Lugged models to satisfy all installation requirements.

Seat the rubber liner is retained inside the body’s profile. This characteristic prevents the extrusion of the seat.

Cast Disc has a rounded and polished profile to facilitate a smooth opening and closing operation.

One Piece Stem single shift stem maximises reliability and constraint torque under pressure.

The Anti blow-out device prevents stem blow out for maximum safety.

GENERAL APPLICATIONSIn each application conforming with the material used.

TEMPERATURE RANGENBR > -�0°C to +100°CEPDM > -35°C to +1�0°C

MAIN FEATURES- Corrosion and abrasion resistant only the seat and disc are in contact with the fluid.

- Disc self-centering inside the seat thanks to the floating coupling between stem-disc.

- Through Stem with external indicator of disc position.

- Anti blow-out device for the stem flush mounted onto the top flange.

- Valves Built and designed according to norms: ASME B16.34, API 609, I.S.EN558-1, UNIEN109�-1, ASMEB16.5, ISO 5�11.

- Hydraulic Testing executed according to norms: API 598, API 6D, UNIEN1��6-1.

- Marking according to norm: MSS-SP-�5.

- Maximum ease of assembly and maintenance: no additional seals are required for mounting between the flanges.

- Protection of the valve outer parts against corrosion (epoxy or polyurethane paint).

- Smooth operation.

- Tight shut-off with pressure up to 17.5 bar.
