Compared to a standard three part couplings (one brass body, two brass nuts and two compression gasket assemblies), these couplings consist of two brass components, two compression gasket assemblies and one plastic spacer, which assembles with an average of one third the amount of rotations required for the standard three part couplings. This reduces the amount of time installers are required to be in the ditch and the amount of repositioning of the wrench while installing.

The Fast Connect Fitting is used where standard tube couplings are used but installers want a quicker installation. The Fast Connect Fitting also has the tighten-to-stop feature and can be used when coupling two pieces of copper or CTS PE pipe is required. This product is a good choice in the field because the amount of rotations required to complete a leak free joint is reduced by two thirds of a standard coupling, saving time which is also money. Even though the brass components in this design should never touch water, it is a No-Lead Brass product.

Our Stainless Steel TECKTM service saddles feature a fully welded bar, chemically passivated welds, anti-gall nuts, NBR Pad O-Ring gasket, and AWWA & FNPT taps. Multiple sizes are available including standard and custom diameter ranges.
