This is a permanent part time (20 hours/week) position beginning July 6th, 2016.
Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant will have skills in administrative management techniques and human resource management. Experience in the community not for profit sector and community based programs and services. This position also provides direct confidential administrative support for the Executive Director and Board of Directors.
Qualifications: Minimum diploma in business administration, office management or related field. 3 or more years experience in office administration Competent computer skills, software applications, word processing, Simply Accounting and
document/report preparation and Excel spreadsheets. Excellent oral, written, facilitation and interpersonal communications skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Criminal Record Check
