ATCC is high-speed traffic data collection instrument for Counting & Classifying vehicles by using Sensors & Inductive Loops for detection. Communication can be done through a laptop directly while on site by RS-232 serial port or by a USB port. Our System is capable to support other communication modes also like modems, GPRS, TCP-IP etc, which are optional. It has user friendly software which can collect data like speed, length, axle spacing, headway gap, number of axles, time & date. It is available for both portable & permanent applications. We also offer non-intrusive AVCC with Infrared, Microwave, Laser & Video Detectors etc.

Traffic axle load monitoring in the form of High Speed Weigh In Motion (HSWIM) has groomed over last three decades. Technologies have become robust enough to allow us for the deployment of sophisticated integrated systems with a high degree of confidence that expectations will be met and in some cases exceeded. High-Speed WIM is capable of recording axle load data & vehicle classification by using class 1 Piezo Electric Sensors. The WIM system is used as a statistical data gathering device to record the pattern of highway traffic loading. For weight enforcement, suspected overloaded vehicles can be separated. Our System supports modems, GPRS, TCP-IP, Rs232 and more communication modes.

The Slow-Speed WIM Systems is suitable for axle load

enforcement by Government Author i t ies & B.O.T. Concessionaires etc. In the dynamic weighing mode the vehicle travels at Slow speed (<15 Kmph) over the weighbeam, which is permanently installed into a concrete weigh lane. Our system is approved by International O.I.M.L R134 Class 1 standards, a testimonial to its accuracy & performance. The platform is connected to a suitable EC Approved console sealed against dust and water which is IP66 protected for indoor or outdoor application. Free software is given to setup, calibrate and display the weighing results in a XL spread sheet format. However, the weight can be seen displayed in your PC/laptop. If you need full operational software with overload warning and data analysis etc, the same may be bought optionally.

This is a portable low p r o f i l e i n s t r u m e n t designed for the fast & accurate measurement of wheel/axle load and GVW of vehicles with pneumatical ly f i l led tyres. Provides your r o a d s a n o p t i m a l protection if used for check ing maximum load allowed. It can be e a s i l y c o n n e c t e d serially to a separate processing unit or to a personal computer. Portable folding mats are also available for guiding the truck driver. The thickness of the mats is equal to that of the weighing pads so that the truck tyres don’t hit the pads and they simply ride over them for minimising damage to the weighing pads.

Dipstick stands on two specially designed support legs & operator simply walks the Dipstick along a survey l ine. It can be used for R o u g h n e s s Surveys, Travel time & Congestion Surveys, Condition Rating, Road-side Inventory Surveys, Transverse Profile/ Rutting Surveys, Video log surveys, Collecting Global Positioning System (GPS) Data, Moving Traffic Surveys., Recording the location of digital photographs, Creating Voice Records associated with road attributes, Skid resistance measurement, Geometry surveys, Crack detection surveys etc. ROMDAS has proven its ability in India over last decade.

This is a light portable device for the measurement of Deflections. The device is easy to handle and can be used on all construction sites and all materials under any condition. It makes possible to measure bearing capacity and compaction ratio of construction layers and constructions in places where other measuring devices cannot be used owing to their size or because of the necessity to use a lorry or a van as a weight and or transportation unit.
