PT Reception / Cover as Team Leader Jan 2005 to Sept 2005 I started work at the new leisure centre based at Darwen Vale School after I came back from Block and

Hexter (Camp America) after a gap (Filled in with working as a casual at Witton Outdoor Leisure). It was a part

time position and my main duties was using the computer booking system, answering telephone calls and emails, setting up rooms, cashing up and dealing with customers at reception.

Darwen Vale Leisure centre was operated in Darwen Vale School outside the school hours at evening and

weekends. I helped set up an Asian wedding provision and ensured that all bookings did not interfere with the

school and its operations.

The centre only had one team leader so I was employed to also cover as a key holder from time to time and be the team leader whilst he was not there.

Key Achievements:

Set up wedding provision on site

Help deliver the regional scout event

Set up equipment in sports hall, school gym, keep fit studio, clean changing rooms.

Deliver customer service and deliver good customer care
