Services: Therapeutic Massage Therapeutic Massage is a full body massage that is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.

Integrated Full Body Massage (Our Signature Massage)

Integrated Full Body Massage includes all the bene-fits of a therapeutic massage but integrates energy and deep tissue work. The longer session time al-lows us to give you additional attention to those problem areas discovered during the massage. We include specific techniques for those areas such as, cross-fiber friction, myofascial release, orthopedic, trigger point therapy, stretching, range of motion, vibration or hydro therapy. We also work directly with your energy field to restore balance and flow to your entire system.

Area Specific Massage Specialized massage is focused on treating a specific area of the body for a specific reason. May include work on painful conditions that affect the soft tis-sues of the body and/or energy work exclusively. Usually a follow up to our signature massage.

Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD®)

Manual Lymph Drainage is performed without oils and is completely safe even for those with sensitive skin. The strokes are gentle and performed evenly and rhyth-mically inducing deep relaxation. MLD® renews, nour-ishes, strengthens and regenerates the cells, removes waste products, relaxes the nervous system and strengthens the immune system.

Full Body Energy Session

Our full body energy session begins with an acupressure treatment that traces and balances your body’s 12 me-ridians. Quantum-Touch® and/or polarity balancing are

then used to balance your body energy as a whole and to direct energy at problem areas. This 60 minute ses-sion relaxes, restores and energizes you as it clears any blockages that prevent your energy from flowing freely throughout your body. This work is performed without oils and you remain completely clothed throughout the session.

Chair Massage Chair massage is a popular way of rewarding your em-ployees, clients and visitors. A 15 to 20 minute session can relieve stress, release tension and revitalize partici-pants. May be brought to your workplace or performed at an event. You receive your massage in a specialized ergonomic chair which we bring to your location.
