- Community in the area of 0.12 Ha Kampung Tomangpulo (RT 016/06 Kel. Jatipulo Kec. Palmerah, Administrative City of Jakarta Barat) consists of 69 families (permanent and temporary residents). The Uncertainty of weather and season of the last few years cause, among others, more frequent droughts and floods, and clean water crisis. Ground-water contamination also occurs because the sanitation system of the kampung and its surrounding are very inadequate. Communal WWTP alone is not enough, people recognize the need of an effort for kampung rearrangement spatially to open green area for rain water catchment and the need to build an integrated hydrologic recycling system.
